The people and tasks at CLADE
Management
CLADE's management staff are responsible for the planning and strategic orientation of corporate targets. They organise and optimise operating processes besides developing and managing teams – always with the goal of fostering CLADE's innovative strength and offering our clients first-class service.
Operations
CLADE's operations department has two key teams that work hand in hand: production and service. The production team is made up of mechatronics engineers, electrical engineers and construction technicians who manufacture our devices. Our service team offers technical support and maintenance on our clients' premises and ensures that our CLADE MIRA analysers are always working perfectly.
Finance & Admin
Here various teams work hand in hand. The people & culture team takes care of our employees' well-being and gives them legal and personal support. The legal team makes sure that our work with clients and authorities meets all the statutory requirements. The purchasing team optimizes procurement processes, the IT team makes sure that our technology runs smoothly, and the information security team protects sensitive corporate data.
Data Science
Our data science team uses R and Python to obtain fascinating insights from the data generated by our CLADE MIRA analysers. The data science team works with the laboratory and software engineering teams to develop customised solutions which are then installed directly on the client's premises.
Quality Management
Our quality management drives customer satisfaction and employee commitment. Our goal is to exceed the expectations of our clients and all target groups by offering first-rate products and services.
Sales & Marketing
Our marketing team is responsible for external communication and works hand in hand with distribution. The sales team captures the market with standard products for the pharmaceutical industry. Together they connect CLADE with the market.
Product Management
We combine our expertise with the needs and experience of our users to develop unique products and offer efficient solutions for our clients.
Software Engineering
Our software department is staffed by front-end, back-end, embedded, testing and infrastructure developers along with other specialists. They work together on client-oriented solutions like the SPHERE cloud and MIRA analyser software.
Research & Development
R&D consists of 3 teams: our hardware development team develops innovative products from the concept phase through to market entry. The research team deals with scientific matters and works on innovations in spectroscopy. The laboratory team safeguards the quality of our spectral database and handles a wide variety of client projects.
