Become a CLADEiator
Your journey
to us
We don’t pretend, and you don’t need to either. “Being authentic” is a fundamental part of our recruiting process: We are authentic, and we also want our new colleagues to be themselves. Be true to yourself and never stop growing as a person. For us, it’s important that we get to know you, find out who you are and what motivates you.
That’s why our recruitment process is adapted to each person and situation rather than following a rigid structure.
For us, it's the
individual who counts
Everyone is treated equally during the recruitment process. Our future CLADEiators are assessed on the basis of their character, skills and competences, and not on their nationality, gender, age, skin colour, sexual orientation, religion, mental or physical abilities, social background or other such factors. We enjoy fostering variety and diversity – in all its aspects – at CLADE and are happy to appoint colleagues who are diverse in all senses of the word.
Getting
hired
What we expect from you
- We want to see your interest in CLADE, your motivation and passion for topics and feel how keen you are to work independently across multiple disciplines while „thinking outside the box“.
- We want to feel your interest in CLADE, the job and the team. We are looking for true co-creators.
- If you realize during the recruiting process that you are no longer interested, we would appreciate transparent and honest communication from you.
What you can expect from us
Speed
We streamline our recruitment process. Each round of interviews is separated by only a few weeks, rather than months.
Authenticity
We give you a „true“ impression of ourselves and our teams; we want to have authentic discussions with you, which is why we dispense with lists of predefined questions.
Reliability
You will always hear from up, even if there are occasional delays. If you think it’s taking too long, take the initiative and contact us!
Become an authority on CLADE – you should get to know us as well as us getting to know you. Bring all your questions to the interviews and don’t be afraid to ask them.

Decision – offer interview
What and how? If positive feedback is received from both sides after the second interview, there will be an offer discussion via teams (30 min.) in which the benefits and contract details will be clarified.

The final decision
Everyone involved in the interview has a vote! After the second interview, we discuss the candidates as a team and take all of our impressions on board. The final decision is made by the manager together with P&C – naturally taking into account the team feedback.
How we make our decision
- You have to fit in with us and the team
- For us, both are important: professional expertise is extremely important, but personality makes the crucial difference. In the end, both have to fit – because most skills can be learned, but you have to bring the right attitude with you!
- We want to feel your interest in CLADE, the job and the team. We are looking for true co-creators.
- We want to see your motivation and passion for topics and feel how keen you are to work independently across multiple disciplines while „thinking outside the box“.
