
We have released a new application note demonstrating how CLADETM Technologies can be used to rapidly detect and quantify sorbitol adulteration by ethylene glycol (EG) and diethylene glycol (DEG).
The study presents the feasibility study for this application in a workflow that is bringing together sample analytics with MIRA Analyzer, and advanced data analytics platform Sphere.
In this workflow, the analyzer captures the chemical fingerprint of the sample while Sphere enables multivariate analysis of spectral data. As a result, users can reliably and rapidly quantify adulterants in sorbitol samples, even when present at low concentrations (~0.1%).
