Real flexibility & remote work
If you live near one of our offices and would like to work on our premises, you will always have a place to work. However, you can also work remotely from anywhere in Germany or Europe. As long as we get the required results, it doesn’t matter to us when you work or how long your breaks are. You plan your weeks flexibly in agreement with your team. We will discuss whether you would like to work full or part-time and how the days should be divided up. We will also subsidise your internet costs so that you can work from home.
Internationality
CLADE’s employees come from more than 12 different countries. Bilingual communication is the order of the day.


Holistic care
The person as a whole – in our view, a person’s „professional“ life can’t be considered separately from their private life. Our colleagues‘ concerns, problems and joys are important to us. If staff are dealing with a private emergency, we try – if requested – to provide the best possible support and give them the space they need without being hampered by bureaucracy. We attach great importance to a good work-life balance. Besides receiving a monthly daycare allowance, our mums and dads can take days off with full pay when their children are ill.

Our highlights: CLADEtivities
We organise regular events both locally and for the company as a whole for a bit of extra fun. For this, we have formed a committee which focuses exclusively on cool events for our colleagues. What’s more, the whole company comes together twice a year for our summer and winter festivals.
Approachability & understanding
